Benefiting the Bret Neylon Paralysis Foundation, Inc.

The Foundation is committed to improving the quality of life for people who suffer paralysis as a result of spinal cord injuries. Monies will go to support spinal cord research and to assist paralyzed individuals with financial support for rehabilitation, medical costs, and assisting devices.

Won IU track and cross country letters in 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985 and 1986…cross country All-American in 1982 and 1984…won four Big Ten Indoor Championships in the mile and two mile and an Outdoor Big Ten Championship in the 5,000 meters…won NCAA Championship in the 5,000 meters in 1986…member of the 1988 U.S. Olympic Team in 5,000 meters…set IU and Big Ten mile record at 3:54.56 – a record that still stands 15 years later.
